Find out why Google sends customers to them and not to you

Your customers aren't only typing you into Google any more — they're asking ChatGPT. Both decide who to recommend partly from what your reviews actually say. Not the star count. The words.

See it work — 75 seconds

The whole thing, start to finish: a customer scans a code, the AI writes the review in their words, an unhappy customer is routed to the manager instead of your public profile, and every review gets a reply.

What happens in the hour

  • What Google and ChatGPT say about a business like yours today — and where that answer comes from.
  • Why ten reviews that all say "great service" get you recommended for nothing.
  • The method, given away whole: how to get customers writing the words that win you the search.
  • The last 15 minutes are live audits — real businesses on screen, not slides.

Getting your business on screen

The last quarter of an hour is spent looking at real businesses — what Google shows for them, what ChatGPT says about them, and what's holding that back. It's the part people remember, and it's why the session is worth an hour of your day.

  • You're in the running by registering. The business name you put in the form is the one we look up. Nothing else to send.
  • We get through a handful, not everyone. Fifteen minutes only stretches so far, and doing one properly beats rushing six.
  • Order is by when you registered. Earliest first — that's the only rule, and we keep to it.
  • You don't have to be on camera. Nobody is put on the spot; we look at the business, not at you.

What those numbers did to their search

  • They started appearing at all. How many reviews you have, and how recently they arrived, are two of the strongest signals Google Maps uses to decide who shows up in the local results. A business sitting on 5 reviews is not in that conversation. One adding them every week is.
  • They started appearing for the right searches. Google reads the text inside your reviews to work out what you actually do. When hundreds of customers mention smoothies by name, "smoothies near me" starts returning you — no agency can put those words there, only your customers can.
  • And they got chosen once they appeared. Via Cibo's rating went up while volume exploded, 4.2 to 4.7. Showing up and getting picked are two different problems; the second one is the rating.
  • ChatGPT reads the same thing. When someone asks an assistant where to eat, it leans on the same public reviews. The businesses with specific, recent, plentiful reviews are the ones it can describe — so they're the ones it names.

This is for you if

  • You own the business, run it, or decide what it spends on marketing.
  • You have customers of your own — one location or forty.
  • People find you online and you have no idea what they see.
